Does anyone remember when Youmuu's was falsely suspended for 14 days due to intentionally feeding? I do.

Meanwhile, an actual AFKer, griefer and inter appeared in my game (chronological order of actions)

He went AFK before the 10 first minutes for no reason, returned and started walking around, stealing camps and giving free kills to laners by simply walking down their lane and dying to the turret, bought a Statikk Shiv as a first item (he replaced it with a more normal build later on just so he could steal kills, and didn't really succeed as you can see) This guy had no motives for his action at all, and when I reported him, I still found him to be online later on. So he went unpunished because, what? He didn't die enough times? Come on, Riot... I want justice, and I want to know that I can rest easy knowing that I don't have to worry about him later on. I'll send his name to a Rioter privately if possible. Just tell me what I can do make sure he's banned.

The damage chart proves how he did little to no damage to actually be of any impact for our team. Just to prove he was an actual obstacle and he didn't try to win at all. The match was very close and we could've won if he would've just ulted in teamfights and that's all. Well, he did ult.. the minions in our lanes to fuck our CS

You can demand all you want. Riot has no obligation to do anything for you other than what's in their contracts with you (Terms of Service et al.).

Justice is a legal thing. Not a private company's obligation.

owh, i don't remember cops chasing this kind of injustice. this is why riot needs to step up even though they arn't abliged to by law in my opinion. they only have to justify that they where doing the right thing if ever sued.

There is no concept of justice. Riot has no obligation to treat people fairly beyond not discriminating based on race religion sex etc.

Riot otherwise is permitted and allowed to discontinue your access to their services at any time, for any reason, with or without prior warning, regardless of how much money you've spent, and they don't have to ever give your account or money back.

You agree to that every time the client is installed or patched.

Ignorance of the terms is not an excuse for not following them.

You not reading the terms of service is nobody's problem but your own.

They did not break any rules. You agreed when you bought RP or other in game content that Riot could revoke your access to said content at any time for any reason without refund. Sorry you don't agree to that now, but you signed yourself into those rules when you made the purchase(s).

it isn't my problem if i don't read it. i expect like with any other company that if i pay for a contract. i get the services or my money back for that period of time i ain't having it.

Yes, it is your problem.

You got exactly what you paid for. A revocable license to access Riot content.

Riot exercises their option to revoke your license. You agreed when you bought the license that if it was revoked you have no right to a refund.

You did agree to this whether or not you like it or still do. You signed that contract when you purchased the goods.

It's like a return policy. You agree to it when you purchase something. If you purchase something with a no return contract, you can't go back later and demand to be allowed to return the item.

Ironically the game is free to play, and there are no boosts in performance by buying items like other mmos would do. You don't buy better gear. You just buy cosmetic appearances.

ironacally champs will make you get better because you know them better if you buy them. next to it skins will help consciously and/or subconsciouly to help you get better. people play better if they're happier. for like the colour blue is scientifically linked to depressed people because they subconsciously choose that colour to make them happier. this is the case with a lot of other colours too because it gives them the thing they're missing.

but i didn't agree to this. due to the reasons i just called. it's not my problem. the law should protect me in this case because the company was breaking the rule that it is a service not a good. it's not a license it's a lifetime service to help you improve and get better. i considere that it can seriously help you to improve and get better faster.

It's a good. I'm not a lawyer but I know how to do a Google search.

Further, it being a good or a service is irrelevant, you agreed it is revocable at any time when you purchased it. The license is revocable regardless if you define it as a good or a service.

it's not a license technically, it makes you play better and they promote it too. subconsciously it makes you feel better due to the colour with for like skins wich makes you to feel better. champions and knowing more details about them for like when you buy them make you play better too. they don't say it out loud because they know this. with balancing and all and the private servers for pro players to practice and have tournaments. because certain skins are better and they're banned there (forgot the server's name)

Sigh... I'm done trying to have this argument. You want to keep arguing your heart out when a simple Google search will bring up the relevant laws that you seem to want to ignore? Go ahead. I recommend you don't go pursue legal action. It'll be a waste of your time and money.

Hey, just a heads up, if you enter any contract, you should do your due diligence and read the contract first. Fully understand what you're getting into before you do any signing. I'm not a lawyer, but this is advice anyone would give you.

Additionally, you don't own any of the content on your League account. Riot can revoke access to your account at any time for any reason and if they do, they are not obligated to return any money you've spent or transfer any content from one account to the other. This is part of the Terms of Use you agree to every time there's a new patch.

it is my right. and i didn't accept the responsibility to loose that specific part about money. that they ban me sure whatever. that they don't want to do business with me is okay. but the business is still going if they don't give my money back. they arn't like abondoning the deal totally. they have a responsibillity to refund my money.

To your topic, the best thing to do is report them using the report button in the post-game screen. If you've done that, then you can wash your hands of it knowing the right people will know soon.

yep harsh treatment would be in place. next to it may help if you post his name along with the damage chart and this screenshot on riot's support page. only then they ussually ban them. not due to the system because that sucks.

Indeed, the system cannot effectively detect behaviors like that player's actions. You have to bring it up with Riot Support directly. They do take these sorts of things very seriously though, and will investigate the case and apply punishment if they deem it appropriate to do so.

Naming and shaming dude. You can't do that on the boards, it could result in witch hunts and crowd shaming.

If you want to get help from Riot with your case, you can do so by contacting Riot support.

They can't tell you what results from the investigation, due to privacy reasons. So you won't know for certain what happens, but you can take comfort in the fact that they take these sorts of things very seriously, and will likely issue a punishment if the behavior warrants it.

I don't report for Name and Shame. Don't assume it was me.

That said, this sort of post with a screenshot and demanding justice would lead anyone who didn't view the screenshot to believe that you are revealing the player you want justice done to. I could understand why someone might report it for that then.

The best thing you can do is report them post game. You can also try and submit a support ticket, however trying to turn a thread into a witch hunt will become very very unsatisfying for you because they have to review replays and what not before dealing out punishments.

The number of reports are staggering. It's not like one or two people get reported a day and punishments are dished out whenever you ask someone to.

There's a line and you just have to wait for it. In one of the other threads, a Red post had stated that if you open multiple tickets for the same issue, they get put in place with the last ticket that is opened (ie the system punishes you for trying to spam them). It was regarding a shield ban.... if I remember which thread it was and find the specific red post, I'll edit this post and put in a link.
