Is it possible for Riot to permanantly mute my main account

Hello, I was recently 14 day banned on my other account and I am very worried my main account will end up getting permabanned at some point after the 14 day ban. It would be super helpful if there was a tool that I could use to get my account to be perm muted, hiding the chat isn't enough, I need complete prevension of being able to type a word in game.

Unfortunately I don't possess the self-control others have, and I will never actually stop being toxic in the heat of moments, therefore if something can muzzle me from flaming others in game and keep it to myself this would help me, and i'm sure many others aswell.
