@Riot: Have you ever been threatened after permabanning someone?

I've seen it on the boards. Oh yes they happen.

It's usually the "FUCK YOU RIOT IMMA MAKE A TROLL ACCOUNT AND RUIN EVERYONE ELSE'S GAMES". Sometimes, it's the hilarious as hell "IMMA SUE YOU RIOT, GIMME BACK MY MONEY AND SKINS AND ACCOUNT". Other times, it's the "IMMA KILL MYSELF/SOMEONE IF YOU DON'T UNBAN ME" which just gets their thread deleted and the authorities notified.

does lawsuit threats count?

I wouldnt be surprised. Especially with how toxic some people can be. once they see that you are ban message they probably jump right to the emails and just lash out at them. I would assume they either get a laugh at it, or probably just trash it the moment they use any type of threat!

They don't even need to be perma'd to, for some reason, feel the need to offer up threats to Riot. Ive seen threats for as little as daring to not implement a balance change they think is absolutely essential to making the game 'get gud'.

I remember one summoner threatening to go to the Riot HQ and "take out a few Rioters". I have it screenshotted, lemme just scrub the names from it.
