Early game rage quitters should get better punishment

It is understandable if disconnected early game then reconnect again. Maybe due to WiFi problems or Client crashed, which happens to me a few times. Not when dying a few times in lane when the game has started then rage quits just bcos doesn't go your way. What is more insulting and annoying is when people kept begging for a particular lane, only to feed then rage quits early. I think low-priority queue for these kind of players are just too lenient for them. Most likely these players will still do the same once they are out from low-priority queue.
