Here's a chatlog from a game that flagged me for chat restrict.

To put perspective into the ones i highlighted, im playing Warwick and making puns. The "I'll drop you" bit was back and fourth banter. nothing toxic, it was a duel of wits.

I think the worst thing from this chat log is asking Xin (who was stubbornly soloing top because he was feeding and wanted to get ONE kill on the guy he fed by blindly charging into him) to stop being a stubborn baddie. He took everybody's pleas (not even "YOU SUCK") to heart and threatened to feed/afk,

and "nice work Xin" was genuine because he took a tower.

Long story short: This chat log was beyond tame. I was flagged for language with no context behind it. I went on a silly witty banter rant with an enemy (and we were cool the entire time) and asking xin not to run 1/7 into an enemy top laner alone for the 1000000th time. when he then threatened to feed. If somebody were actually reading these this would come off more as humorous. and i would not be chat restricted for it. I miss the tribunal. my first chat was defense (yeah sure, i shoulda muted them, but they were also greifing me by not trying to do anything near me) and my third one was.... Jokes. Again the tribunal had context to the chats. I remember fondly actually looking at the back and fourth to see if what was said was REALLY out of line, or the result of frustrated players with an enemy/ally.

I'm NOT going to argue this one wasnt deserved - it **totally **was - probably more-so, hence why im only showing 2 of the 3 chats i was given. The second chat log was completely out of line and i even asked to be reported for my actions. The problem, I see is that one of these things I got flagged for a raunchy conversation, and the other for what was a 4-man beatdown mob report. That doesnt feel fair, or like it belongs there.

Bring back the Tribunal.

Just because you thought it was funny and acceptable doesn't make it so. Had I been asked to review this case in Tribunal, I would have voted to punish.

I'm sensing a flaw in your logic here. You acknowledge that your behavior was out of line in the chat you choose not to show, but you're upset that the other examples aren't worse. The IFS doesn't always just show you at your absolute worst. It shows a spectrum of problematic behavior.
