Have any substantial reports been made against me?

Question from a newbie for you guys:

Will I receive notification prior to punishment if reports are being made against me and are taken seriously? I'm not a toxic player at all, but I've had the occasional salty teammate threaten reports against me. I know that unsubstantiated reports ideally are thrown out, but as somebody who values his good-standing status, I'd like to make sure I haven't crossed any lines.

If I'm one strongly-worded admonition away from a punishment, I'd sure like to be aware of that.
