People are so toxic towards supports
Played 1 game as support and watched the team just complain and moan at me all game long.
That kind of instant toxicity is warding me away from the role more than anything.

In my experience people aren't "toxic" towards supports just because they are support, but because they are often autofilled and have no idea what they're doing.
Because unless you are a god or something, people will often just complain and complain and complain. Either build, you didnt use your heal or shield in time, you missed a skill shot, or (god forbid) YOU TOOK A CS FROM THEM!!!
They claim support is the easiest role, but they can not do anything in it... kind of odd yes? Seeing as supports have carried games many many many many times through saves/plays/sacrafice.... people do not recognize their help because "well they arnt doing the damage. They arnt doing these flashy plays. 'Its their job to do that. Why should they get more recognition for doing their job?'
People need to get off their dang high horses and stop whining about everything. It does nothing in game except make everyone worse. "This is my smurf, idc if we lose. You deserve it." Yeah that kinda bs is annoying.
Jungler gets more flame in my experience. It's usually the ADC who flames the support but if a jungler does bad, all three lanes will flame the jungler.
Mute and move on. Personally I always honor supports cause they have the most sanity from what i've experienced.
