(Stupid As **** Question, You Were Warned!) Can I make and play LoL on an alt while temp. banned?

First and foremost, my temp. ban is up until the 14'th for intentionally feeding (14d suspension, 7 passed) and, so, can I create and play on an alt for the remaining duration given I don't actually feed anymore and am, in general, just kind all-around?

P.S: The backstory behind the match [even if there's no excuse for feeding] is that someone banned Poppy, who I had planned to play, 'for teh lulz' and so I picked Kalista support, ran down mid, killed someone every once in a while to keep my gold worth nice and high.

Addendum: Strangely, this match was one of the best experiences I've ever had in LoL - everyone but for the dick that banned my champion was having fun, dancing with me and the enemy team at the baron/Blue Sentinel/Red Brambleback, and... all the way through, I was saying sorry to the rest of my team for the dick's (and my own) stupid mistake(s).
