I just raged at a ranked game for the first time in months

I'm play xin vs pantheon in a top lane matchup. I say: "Do no bother coming top lane. Top lane is over. Gank other lanes. I'll just sit under tower and grab and any farm I can. Panth has ignite and I have tp so i can match his roams."

I proceded to get camped by a jungler that is missing pinging when I don't follow on his gank after spamming him with the caution ping. I've got 2 waves of minions under tower I would much rather have the xp for. After my jungler ganks top 5 or 6 times. They start sending mid and jungle to counter my jungler's ganks and then I get dived under tower for the rest of the game, unable to do anything. Afterwards I have everyone flaming me but the support for something that is completely out of my control but could have been prevented. I have never once raged at a game for someone helping me, and I'm just sitting in my chair feeling empty asking myself what in the actual **** I'm doing with my life.
