Players Smurfing and "ELO Boosting" should be banned on both Smurf and main.

I just had a diamond 1 player **admit ** he was smurfing and wrecked a bronze ranked game. This is pretty typical, happens at least once a day and is is STUPID because it means people trying to learn the game and trying to rank up cannot do so. I am trying to play this game and get better and its impossible to do so when you have some pro coming in and just annihilating you 20/1/6 not because they had a good game but because it wasn't even really that player, it was some diamond helping them. Its easy to tell by looking at their match history. They go from normal bronze KDA ratios to 20/1/6 or 23/7/7 on non meta characters overnight. Smurfing analogous to having an NFL running back smurf at an intramural corporate football league, no one would want to play anymore in the league against them. "Its a victim-less thing" they try and say but it isn't. Everyone else in that game on the losing team lost LP and got utterly wrecked in their stats because of this guy. Its also one of those things that tell me that Riot just doesn't want any non-diamond customers.

And No, you cant report them. There is no option for smurfing and reporting them for griefing is just pointless because nothing ever happens to them.
