It's one thing when your teammates are all "No, we can still win this" or "I'd rather be shot to death than surrender in a game", but when another player tortures you by leaving that bar to drain down when it's 3/1, that's just being a douche.
As for other reasons why non-voters suck, I'll just refer you to the South Park episode "Douche and Turd".

If you started the vote, you caused that to bar to drain down. Some people can't hit yes or no in mid combat because you died 1st in a fight and did /ff
I don't vote, i see no need to cast a vote if my team wants something they will vote for it
The funny thing is: The reason why you don't like the people that don't vote is the exact same people why a lot of people don't vote: The surrender vote window is annoying. If somebody clearly spams surrender votes whenever they are available, I'll drag the voting box off the screen.
To be honest, I feel like this is primarily Riot's fault. For as long as I can remember there have been suggestions on how to make the surrender system less intrusive, but since Riot implemented none of them, people resort to the work around of just pulling the box off the screen; subsequently annoying everybody else on their team that doesn't do that.
he's referring to the fact that's he want to lose on purpose instead of trying to win and that last person want to keep playing until either nexus get destroyed, not his fault if rest of you are raging over spilled milk.
I just want the bar to go away lol idc about not voting, i just don't like seeing a huge bar on my screen
