extreme increase in amount of bad behivior in flex queue

I see an extreme increase in bad behavior among players in flex queue. Im not talking just about flame etc...thats always much, but there is growing amount of players that loose intentionally. They feed the enemy on purpose, hide from battle on purpose, insist for open mid and loosing intentional. Too many. Never seen such thing before. I'm getting a streak of games where not 1, but several players in every game are doing all that. Is the report system neglected? Is it working at all. Are players with bad behavior punished at all or they are left on their will and their attitude is encouraged? So many ppl suggest for open mid and run away from battle to let the enemy win, its just overhelming.
