Just waited 20 minutes for the low-priority queue, but right near the end, it starts going "You were disconnected from the servers", meaning it can't join any lobbies.

Ugh, I had a similar problem and I lost LP for it, I got in queue and then I couldn't lock in my champ bc of that message popping up and now I also have a leaver buster of 10 minutes what a scam!
It's a fair practice, as riot can't control 100% of a users connection to them If riot was to install several tracking software's on your machine, to know exactly what happens to you as to avoid punishing you Would you like that?

Yeah, the low priority queue is pretty f***ed right now. We just waited 20 minutes (My friend is in low priority queue), and we are currently waiting on our 21st minute of regular queue, for a total of 41 minutes. Not fun, Riot.
