@RiotNeuroCat Will the new /Remake feature cover potential trolls or AFK's only?

Obviously it's still good enough if having an AFK is a requirement for the vote but will teams have the option to start the vote without any restrictions besides the time and kill constraints so they can counter people who have obvious intentions to bring the team down?

Even if AFK's are the only thing this system is meant to cover there's also the idea of someone who connected but won't play for whatever reason at which point if having a person DC'd is a requirement then the system is defeated at that point.

Another way I could see this system abused is hypothetically if the system is also made to allow teams to end games with potential trolls then the troll could possibly TP in to a turret and try to get the enemy to firstblood them as quickly as possible to nullify the vote.

Again I'm all for the system even if it only covers DC'd players but if you guys have further plans for the system and don't mind sharing the details or atleast discussing it abit then I'd love to hear about it from you guys.
