This type of flaming is everywhere and RIOT is doing nothing because these players are the best for them - usually buy skins and others = profit for RIOT = no reason to BAN or punish...

Heya That is completlely false. The number one reason why players quit the game is other players that are flaming. And less players -> less income. With the new system a punishment usually comes in the first 15 minutes of the game. Sadly i have no way of telling what happened to this particular player, but i´d suspect he got some kind of punishment, maybe just not a ban, who knows.

I have a friend who spend over 500 euros in 3 different accounts.He is an asshole and comments on every mistake as well as making threads and being an all around jerk.He already has 3 permanently banned accounts.1 got reverted for his "loyalty". But he continued doing what he likes so it got banned again.He had plenty of chat restrictions and 14 days bans to reform.Players are punished, sadly it takes quite some time.

Mostly because I don't want him hurting anyone who would be more inclined than I to follow his instructions. You never know how close someone is to the edge. Also, this kind of behavior can drive people away from the game, and, since I love this game, I'd rather that not happen, yeah?

Why do you care? You can't do ANYTHING but report them. Stressing yourself out over things you can not control is stupidity at its finest. It is RIOTS job to deal with him, as it is RIOTS job to deal with the backlash he makes. NOT YOU

I do, however why do I need to stress myself out over something I can not control. You did what you needed to do reporting the person, no need to care beyond that because you cant do anything beyond that.
