I was playing flex and my bot lane duo decided they were going to start intentionally feeding and harassing people in chat. The nidalee followed suit right afterwards. They tried to hide the INT (which worked apparently) by duo tower diving or solo "diving" the opponents multiple times, in some occasions they would straight up say in chat, "ILL SHOW YOU INT" and proceed to run is down the closest lane and attempt a very calculated tower dive on the enemy team. I just dont understand how after me writing 3 reports none of them got penalized. That feels real bad man.

If someone else on your team reported after you, you won't have seen it. From what I understand, only the most recent ban report person gets notified of the punishment?

Unless they're being "toxic" in chat, nothing they do is punishable in rito's eyes.

Did they tower dive the jungle j4? Looks more like they are being mercilessly camped by j4 and rakan. Their cs (compared to yours) seems to indicate they lane more than a bit despite their deaths.

I smell bullshit.
