Also the 1-30 "grind" is really just learning to play the game at 30 the game really begins but new users won't have the experience of 100's of games unless you restrict them to the 1-30 "grind" 1st
Failog1 votesWhen you make a new account if you want to pay to unlock it to level 30 (plus some IP points to sweeten the deal), you should be allowed to. For Riot to verify that its not your first account, you could provide another account you have and they could sent a verification code to that that you then enter into your new account.
Making veteran players go through this 1-30 leveling process is fucking retarded. End of story.
