We need zero tolerance for certain actions and Riot's stupid policy

The one that really pissed me off is when someone builds six of these with no intention of playing seriously. Its beyond unreasonable. They aren't tilting, they aren't having a bad match, they are purposely sinking the team because they think its funny to upset others and waste their time.

Why can't we know when such players that we report are banned? Give us the satisfaction so we know justice is served. They don't deserve any anonymity. Let us see that the system works. There should be ZERO tolerance for something like that. Automatic account deletion.

SO Riot are you serious about actually making ranked a better place or you still want to softball it in and not take a hard stance.
