May we take a moment to talk about games that are taken hostage?

I am currently stuck in a 40m game where my team is trolling so hard it's not even fun. They won't surrender and the enemy team won't end the game. What usually happens is the people who actually try to take this game seriously end up either leaving altogether or get leaver buster by staying in the fountain. Either way, this needs to be addressed. While I did play the whole way through, the affects of this extremely negative game have already made its impression. Games like these are why I am highly in favor of showing who votes for what, however I have a pretty good idea who is voting no. This is the worst kind of grieving this game has in game and frankly it needs to be punished somehow. We need to come up with ideas how we can not only minimize this, but also hold the enemy team accountable. Deliberately wasting people's time should be punished, regardless which team is doing it.
