Not sure if this ban is fair?

I've deleted a lot of the original thread. I have come to realize that a punishment for this was definitely justified, you should never repeat anything inherently negative that someone else says. However, I'm a little concerned that the 14-day ban is a little excessive. I wasn't doing anything actually out of disrespect to anyone, and I have no prior bans that I can remember. Maybe the 2 weeks was deserved? Here's what I said:

Homophobia & asking for a report is a bad mix

Asking for reports are against summoner code and homophobia is automatic ban

System is automated so i mean if that's your chatlog i'd bring it to https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us and submit a ticket requesting further investigation

Depending on your behavioral history, riot support might be a leader to do something about it.

Submit a ticket to https://support.riotgames.com and have them review your punishment.

No guarantees on what would happen.

Never quote/type anything that is against zero-tolerance. Regardless of the situation. Even if it wasn't directed at anyone. Period. So yea, you earned that ban for saying something against Zero-Tolerance Policy.

Repeating hate speech makes you just as bad as the person who was saying it to begin with. Say, for example, other players had muted this tristana. You repeated her toxicity and thus became nothing more than a mouthpiece for her toxicity and hateful speech. Imagine if Illaoi's tentacles were "toxicity" - if she can create a vessel, that vessel can spawn toxicity far away from Illaoi herself - even if nobody can even see Illaoi.

Now, that being said, there's no need to even ask for reports for them. Multiple reports do nothing and are basically thrown out. Having more reports does not increase the chance of a player being found in violation of the rules, and it does not increase the chance of punishment.
