20 min wait queue discussion, low priority dumbness.

So i have had 20 min wait queue for at least a year now. I was wondering if maybe you guys think there should be some redeeming mechanic with the times? I don't rage quit, never have. Earlier in my league career, I had really bad internet and my game would splat often. So i garnered the 20 min q. The major problem i have with it'sis that it's still 20 min after 100+ games of not leaving. Certainly after a certain amount of games it should go down for when you have another low priority queue? Thoughts? 20 min + 15 min pre game + 40+ min game is pretty crazy. I'm really pissed and would love to curse riot out and quit, but just what do you guys think?

Open a support ticket or post on the help boards

You keep getting the 20 LPQ for consistent leaving/afking of games, in theory Not sure if it can stack

I think the stupidity of it is when you have waited the 20 minute penalty but fail to find a queue you have to sit through the penalty again.

OCE overnight has 10+ minute queues, so I have to sit there for 30 minutes at least in queue without the guarantee of a game.

I've had that before, because I used to AFK alot of games. You get the five, 20 minutes queues done and you're good. You get them again when you afk or leave soon after it has happened. Once you don't leave any games or AFK for a good amount of games, you're put in good standing. And it will no longer punish you severely for doing it once.

If you've had 20 min queues for a year, then stop going AFK. There is a redeeming mechanic. You must be going AFK or something, otherwise it wouldn't keep popping up.

I'd imagine you'd curse at them, then they would bring up all the games you've afk'd lol, and how it has never stopped. Even if just for 5 minutes.

you'll need alot more than 100 games for the leaver buster to drop a tier.
