How is the guy in this video not being banned? (Not Ross, he's cool)

The dude in this video intentionally feeds in Bronze because "Bronze players deserve to lose for not being high elo" apparently. Starting the vid with a little into before the guy himself talks. His account name is on screen so I don't need to post it here, but something needs to be done about this guy, even if Riot just pays a random homeless person to watch his livestreams so they can feed their family it will improve the game just that much. Right now the ban system is extremely flawed and this guy knows how to get around it perfectly.

Again note that I'm not talking about Ross, the footage in the background is not Ross it's the "professional inter" as he titles himself.

riot doesnt punish anyone unless they are straight up running down mid with 0-20 score each game. but they will punish the person who dares to say anything rude to them

Riot is too embarrassed to admit they dont know how to deal with smart trolls. They can only deal with simpleminded fools who run it down mid or curse and swear in chat, because those are obvious. HELL, them dont even ban people using GAME BREAKING SCRIPTS just because they are doing it in bot games. Riot doesnt care about people doing bad things, unless the bad things are obvious and make THEM look bad.

I would gladly watch dozens of replays everyday to help make sure these people get punished in some way. I've cut down on how much I play, because of the amount of trolls/inters/toxic players I see every game.

Just had a copy cat of that streamer, letting him stream just breeds more copy cats. he even said that riot cant ban him cause he has vpn accounts to change his ip address. yet riot hasn't done anything about him yet. this is how this game will die if anything, is to trolls not if the game is fun or not

riot doesnt ban for intentional feed get over it they only ban for flaming in chat. sabotaging the game is fine with riot
