didn't you know Rito is the only game that ONLY bans players for saying ANYTHING in chat. They do not care about things like afk's, feeding, trolling, assisting enemy team, cheating.....you know things that EVERY OTHER game company ban players for.
Well that's trolls in general they do this stuff because they know it's pissing someone of, no rhyme or reason.

Is he trolling? Yes. Is it reportable? Doubt it, unfortunately. Players are free to play however they want as long as they aren't purposely losing the game in a contributive manner at it. To be frank, your entire team can be farming in jungle and let your opponents push to win and it's still not reportable, since they're still playing without assisting enemy team.

Not saying that what he did was right (and it is punishable), but why can't you go to lane and tax him instead ?
