Losing Promos because of trolls

So i was just in my G4 promos. Was 1-1 and things seemed ok... until the support locked in singed and went Ghost/TP. No big deal... off meta stuff can work sometimes... then he fed first blood before minions spawned and proceeded to proxy farm our Top lane so our Nasus couldnt get any farm. This caused our Nasus to AFK for the first 10 minutes of the game and by the time the two of them actually started to do stuff it was far too late, and to top it all off that Singed was acting like a nice guy in chat while trolling in game (clearly trolling, not just having a bad game). I lost my promos because of this, and frankly its ridiculous that I'm basically getting punished for their trolling. There has got to be a way that if you can prove that someone is trolling (especially in a promo series) that you can get a loss whipped or get back into promos so that the player who got stuck with trolls don't have to be punished for just wanting to win a game. Thoughts on how to make this work? Thanks - MLT
