Riot should really perma ban those trolls

I just had this game with nocturne and vayne. Nocturne was doing superb and tryhard carrying but vayne was feeding entire game who deal 0 damage entire game. Till late game, Nocturne toxicity went up to the space and start trolling, solo baron till die and purposely using ult for nothing and diving entire enemy team and died. The only people trying to win was me as Mid Vlad, Jg Shyvana and Supp Nautilus. My god....these accounts should not be allow to be played....sometimes I really felt like punch the light out of these trolls.
