Can you add a new type of report

I want to ban those fucking pieces of shit who play bottom lane, and farm minions during every fight. You know exactly who I'm talking about. Those worthless pieces of trash who somehow finish the game with nearly zero damage done to champions, who basically just leech exp. and create essentially a 3v1 lane. I want the ability to report and ban those piece of trash. Not just from the game, but from using the internet as well.
