If this behavior doesn't get punished, it's ridiculous I lose a whole 17-18 lp because he wants to dc and go cry about missing 2 smites. That's absolutely ridiculous. This behavior should be an auto 2 week ban.
Well... It's debatable at best. I can see how that might happen and in this case it probably did.
The problem is...He didn't feed... He was annoyed and DCed. He got LPQ for sure.
Does he deserve a perma? Depends. If it was his first time it should be ok. If it's a pattern ...well then he will get banned eventually.
All in all it's a complicated issue. I'm with you on having a slightly harsher punishment for this stuff. Not exactly zero tolerance, but definetly harsher.
