Can you remove that because i only use the chat to tell my team gank my lane now, ff at 15, ff at 20, why is my team not ffing, this is a waste of time bot lane fed!

Kei1432 votesrelog and you'll see in your notification ("bell" looking icon at the top right of your client) how many games of chat restriction is remaining.
Also to let you know, encouraging your team to give up constitutes as causing a negative environment and you will be punished for it after many games.
If you fail to change your behavior, you will eventually be permabanned for it.
jwebb01131 votesall players have a right to want to start a surrender vote and end the game... and people have a right to vote yes or no ... and if the surrender vote fails and the game continues you once again have a right to submit the surrender
as long as you arent being negative and flaming in chat and just submitting a surrender vote cuz you want a game to be over isnt punishable.

CÂÑC3R ŠÜÇKŠ LØL1 votessubmitting a surrender vote definitely isn't punishable, but if all you're doing is keep posting in chat is to surrender just because you believe the game to be over, through a certain perspective I would agree it would count as creating a negative atmosphere and giving up the game, and especially if you're blaming someone else for the game being over aka: "bot fed"
