Can someone avoid being punished for using a racial slur if they took out a single letter in it?

I reported a guy for saying the N word multiple times and just being a all around jerk but he took out one of the G's so that it was spelt like the country "Niger" but he also used language that degraded people by race so I feel like that would easily clear it up, yet I haven;t gotten a notification for him being punished, in most cases where people used that language they would get a insta chat ban atleast and sometimes even worse. Has he actually avoid it by just taking out a G?

....That particular case might be harder to detect by the automated system, as that word has an actual use case that can't be banned...although the system should pick up on his overall toxicity in general. If you want to make sure that that particular player gets punished for that, submit a Support Ticket under the category in the link

The IFS should be able to detect and punish that behavior. I'm confident they will be banned soon, if they continue the behavior.

The notification system could have greater clarity. As it is, there is only a chance that the last person to report them before a punishment will receive a notification. If multiple people report from a single game, the potential notification could go to the first report or the last report, depending on exactly when the system takes action.

The system will catch on upon time.
