From now on, i'm muting everybody upon entering games. Riot doesn't do enough.

League of Legends has become a breeding ground for entitled, precious, know it all, fuckface pricks and Im sick and tired of dealing with it every single game, I have shit writing skills, I was unfortunately born with Dyslexia, Dyscalculia and mild Autism, and I get fucking picked on for just spelling stuff wrong every damn game or not having a sentence be perfect or whatever. If I do shit wrong it always the same goddamn questions and the same passive aggressive and fat prick behavior that is in every game of League of Legends.

I don't think Riot really cares to get rid of Toxic players entirely, they could IP ban people, they could ban someone upon identify that they were perma banned on a another account before, they could get more involved in guiding players that have been punished if they want to make this game more healthy. Most bans are from an automated system that probably has keywords and amounts of times a player can get away from something and a standardized punishment ladder, but we all know its crap. And don't just say that "people would change their IP address so it wouldnt do anything anyways" Who the fuck cares if it wouldnt do anything, its a matter of pride in what Riot does to keep nasty people ruining their game.

When Riot years ago offered a program to perma banned account holders to get thier account back they canceled it quickly saying how almost every single player failed to meet the "no punishment before level 20 rule" on their trial account. But its okay for them to make as many accounts as they want without any restrictions or impediments on the ten other accounts they create that will get perma banned for the same reasons. Shouldn't have Riot learned something by now that letting perma banned players just create new accounts at whim is so fucking terrible for the game?

I think Riot still thinks more about its wallet in the end then trying to create the most perfect game it possibly can. The reason this game is so popular and so talked about is because of its infamous toxicity and Riot knows it and they will never cut down on toxicity the best they can as long as toxicity makes this game more popular and as long as it continues to produce players that are infamous for being toxic in game.

Theres a lot of measures Riot can do to prevent toxicity and toxic people coming back or help them reform, a lot may not work, but its a pride thing, a pride and a hope to have a game where grown men and women can sit down and type rationally to each other, and have a good time learning and playing and enjoying league. Riot may not be able to resolve all toxicity, but they can restrain and affect those who are toxic, not all toxic people can be kept away from the game, but Riot can keep them from ruining my games with any bullshit they may have to put on the 9 other players.

This is probably going to get all the down votes but maybe a Riot employee will see this and get some inspiration.

The thing about IP addresses is that once someone is IP banned and then they change IPs, someone else gets stuck with the ban for no reason at all. Sure they could also change their IP once they realize this, but Riot wants to avoid this cycle.

As for "upon identifying someone previously banned," that's an honor reserved for Tyler1. Mostly because it's extremely easy to identify him. Otherwise, unless someone is a high profile player, it's hard to identify someone.
