Toxic Behavior and Hextech

Please, do not simply downvote and flame. I am trying to encourage genuine discussion.

I know you don't want to give loot to toxic players. This isn't a QQ thread because I rendered myself ineligible for loot, but what guidelines are there as to when a player is counted as "reformed" and able to get loot again? This is a question I'm sure many people want answered. While on one side it might encourage people to reform only until this point where they earn loot again and then be toxic again, on the flipside it also allows players who made a mistake and engaged in toxic behavior to actually know that their efforts at reformation aren't in vain. Granted, you shouldn't be non-toxic just for rewards, but I think some sort of guidelines or protocol should be established.

There aren't currently any guidelines. Riot Neurocat said they're working on implementing something that'll make it easier to tell how close you are to being eligible again.

Fantastic, I'll happily await the introduction of that! Like I said, I got myself into the situation so I'm not complaining about the ineligibility to receive loot. Nor am I saying I'd only display positive behavior for loot. I made the mistake of playing my low priority games while drunk which frustrated me and with my lack of a sober filter, got myself chat restricted. Riot should let us chat ban ourselves lol.
