You agreed to a contract. That contract says you can't.
It sucks when you miss a skillshot, but how is telling someone they're "trash" going to help you or your teammate? They already know they screwed up. Clouding up chat with insults further reduces useful communication between teammates.
When you play against a Blitz and dodge every hook is he trash or are you just very good at dodging? As someone who plays a lot of skill shot based champs sometimes the opposing laners are just damn good at dodging things and it takes time to figure out how they move when they dodge to better predict your own skills. Getting berated by your teammates for a hand full of misses doesnt help this process, if anything it makes the player tilted and more likely to continue missing.
You gotta hack their keyboards and aim for them, man.
