WHY DIDNT THIS GUY GET BANNED FOR SAYING KILL MY SELF AFTER HE FED? I WAS 2/0 and he was 0/2 and tilting at me cuz he didnt ward and died in first 2 mins from a gank cuz no wards, i told him to wait for a gank and he said kill your self.... he was toxic since min 10 and now i see him in other games 1 day later, are you fucking serious?

Because it was most likely the first time he said something like that, and honestly that's kinda tame for the internet lol. Just mute him next time and move on. Or just care less, it's some random neckbeard on the internet. Who cares. Not saying it's ok but just mute him and move on. Riot isn't perfect, and they don't perma ban somebody for saying kill yourself once. Sorry it hurt your feelings but that's just the way it is.
I agree that these players should be banned.
Instead, Riot ends up making it worse. People see they don't get punished for telling people to kill themselves, so what do they do? They do it again and again. Other people then see that they don't get in trouble for doing it and then say "well this guy did it, so I guess I can do it too".
There should be a strong punishment for people who encourage someone to commit self harm or suicide. Telling someone to kill themselves or cut themselves is something no one should accept. I have been told to kill myself many times, and reported them after the game but out of all these reports I have made of people who are actually verbally abusing either my teammates or myself, only one has been punished. Since I was young I have been verbally abused by my mother ( a single parent ) as a result of this and continuous bullying as I went through school, I haven't developed coping strategies as other people do when growing up, at a young age I turned to self harm, this developed into suicide attempts when I was 14. It's been 3 years since than and through counselling and tons of relapses I've gone clean. So whenever I see someone treat another human being with such disrespect it hurts me, and people tell me "Don't get so butt hurt over it." ( Not that you guys care about my story, it just sheds a little light to the impact of the words "Kill yourself" ) I know that it's corny but you really don't know what someone's been through so you really have to be careful with your words.. There are so many other people that I have met through league that struggle with self harm or suicide. Riot just needs to bring a little more of their attention to this subject.
