WOW i just won 4 games in row, 1 game away from promos

But no, u need to carry some weird team, that has nothing to do but flaming since the first minute, playing champs for the first time then crying over how the enemy performs better, and I swear to god, no matter how you try to help, advise, or calm the shit out of those kids, it just doesn't matter, go ahead, check my match history, yes, i performed poorly in some, but for example, the game i had a shen in my team, laning against a fucking yasuo, 10 mins without armor, feeding him, i spent the whole 10 mins begging him to buy bramble vest, explaining why, but no, he goes ahead, then buys it after going 1/5, a first time vlad complaining about how he died to a dive when he had no HP, keeps on feeding, and i swear to god, all i do is try to calm them, on of my games, when the enemy got first blood, our support straight up went flaming us, asking us to afk and open, at min 3!!!, like literally, in most cases, you can do nothing because no matter how much you try, they don't want to improve, or do anything, it's unbelievable, it doesn't matter how good you play or try hard, it's about how trash the teammates you get, it's frustrating.. i swear to god...
