Yea i let some people who banned me out tilt me but i went straight from nothing to a 2 week ban. Not saying i shouldn't be punished but i thought at least a 1 week ban would of been the first course of action.
Usually an immediate 14-day ban is the result of hate speech, encouragements to self-harm ("kys" and similar), or truly excessive toxicity.
Did you use hate speech or tell someone to kill themselves? 'Cause that kind of behavior does merit skipping punishment tiers.
Depends what happened.
If it is for chat, first two punishments are usually chat restrictions. If it is for hate speech or encouraging self harm, then 14 day is first offense.
well the punishment system has levels
typically starts off with 10 game chat restriction, 25 game chat restriction, 14 day ban , permaban
you can skip levels based on what was done. typically hate speech, racist, homophobic slurs, telling people they should harm/kill themselves are all zero tolerance and typically jump right to a 14 day ban

However, certain actions can send you straight to a 2-week Suspension. Homophobic slurs, Racial Slur, and telling someone to kill themselves are the most common ways that people make that jump.
Just so you realize (since many people do not), the next punishment WILL be a permanent suspension. No matter how minor of an action it might be.
So be very careful from here on in. (A lot of people just /muteall at this stage, to prevent themselves from saying anything they shouldn't. But that's ultimately up to you.)
Did Riot give you chat logs? Or did they specify another reason for the two week?
chat logs. otherwise most of us will assume it was hate speech or zero-tolerance which is an instant 14-day
