I think Riot has stopped punishing toxic players, anyone feeling a spike in toxicity?

Come on Riot, a year or two ago I never had bad experiences this often. (Almost every single game someone is flaming their guts out or harassing someone else)

no its just since an increase in the games popularity attracts more immature people and riot does try to ban them all you have to do is report them and they will be checked

It's downvoted because you have purely anecdotal evidence on your experience with toxicity. You're blaming Riot because you've had toxic people in your games recently.

Also, if the majority of your games have someone that is being toxic, there is generally a common denominator.

If you're implying that he deserves to be subjected to toxicity because he is bad at the game then I think you're a bit off base. If you're implying that he's toxic and the responses to his toxicity are also toxic, then yes.

I am implying that generally if there is a high level of toxicity that continually comes up in X player's game, there is something that X player is doing to encourage or increase the chances of that.

I don't think that anybody should be targeted for being bad, but the sentiment of "there's a lot of toxicity in my games wtf Rito" as opposed to "there's a lot of toxicity in my games, why, what has changed, could it be me" is too common.

I played a few games recently where I was on a losing streak and 90% of those games had players quitting at the 3 minute mark. There were afks, ragequitters and angry people galore, and it all happened without me talking too much. In fact, as an experiment I only relayed positive information and was still having people flaming each other. I wasn't the target of the toxicity, but it seemed to be present in my games quite a bit more than usual. Now it's back to normal, with a toxic player once every 2/3 games and 1/10 games having an entirely toxic team.

I got punished for this today:

This was in blind pick. In this game, Lee and another jungler fought over jungle. Lee then decided to go Lee support and took all of my CS, while I'm an ADC. The team defended this tactic and as you can see, I tried to explain why an ADC needs cs. I couldn't get any CS, so there was no purpose for me to be in lane, so I went in the jungle, since no one wanted to share their CS with me in any other lane. There's no report option for this and as I've stated, I have not been notified that any report I put in has been punished sinced August 2016.
