How it is possible to duo queue players to grief when they spot guy who they played before ?

So not only two people verbally harass me when I am doing fine in jungle. (Had even more dmg then enemy jung.) They even intentionally feed next game when queue match us again. How is this allowed ? Duo queue players should be watched more, it is impossible to win 3v5 game if duo just decide that you will loose game. How is somebody supposed to lcimb for diamond IV +15 gains when he met people like this ? I demand justice this duo deserve at least two weak suspension. They abuse duo queue role to troll teammates.
