Not enough is being done to combat toxic players

This community has only gotten worse as time has gone on. In all my years of playing LoL, it has never been this bad. Literally every game I play, I'm encountering a flaming, inting, or just generally toxic person. Whether on my team or the enemies. It has never been this bad. I'm reporting one or more players every game. I'm sure Rito is disciplining these players, because I get notifications after I report them. But its like dealing with a hydra, you cut one off and a dozen more pop up. Its never ending. Something more needs to be done, because at this point, the community is honestly disgusting. At the very least, chat ban these people. Stop them from spewing their toxicity in every game.
