report system not working

Had an incredibly toxic-player filled day yesterday. Really frustrating, because I got demoted, and virtually all my losses were due to toxic players. But it was delibreately toxic PLAY, not language.

Played nasus, and TWO GAMES, players came up to deliberately steal farm, over, and over. So I culdnt Qstack,and we lost. One was where the jungle literally "camped my lane", but just to prevent me from farming. Was ONLY there when I was there. Killed my minions as fast as possible, then left lane. And emote laughed bout it the whole game.

Then there was the "support".. who took smite. Mistake on spells? no. They used smite to deliberately take all the canon minions.

Then there were the deliberate int feeder games. really, REALLY BLATANTLY FEEDING.

All of them were reported. Not ONE feedback that they were dealt with. Seems like the only way players are punished, is for toxic LANGUAGE.

THIS IS BROKEN. AND NOT FUN TO PLAY, RIOT.
