Because I get really annoyed when some "cool guy" spams easy after every kill and brags about winning just because hes smurfing at low level LOL Seriously, there are way too many of those people
"Easy" is reportable and will contribute to a ban or other add up with other offenses to result in punishment. Riot has said that explicitly before. And just from common sense: Whoever is saying that isn't saying it to be nice so they're the kind of player that's probably racking up reports anyway and they deserve a little "feedback" from Riot.
