Or fix your fucking system. I have played ranked for three years. In those three years, you want to know how many players have gotten banned? Two. Both of them used racial slurs before ragequitting, and were also reported for that. This is fucking bullshit, I've had 3 afks in my last two ranked games and jack shit has happened.

the afk report option could be removed as leaverbuster works without it. just like the "bad player" option got removed.

There is no punishment for afk/rage quitting. Leaver buster isn't even punishment when players are running to feed and quit after it, intentionally ruining games by it.
Create a smurf and You can try this and can see that you can int/troll/afk in multiple games-ask your team mates to report to get 5 min or 20 min low priority queue. On other hand be toxic for 2-3 games and you will get 14 day ban.

FWIW i'm on your side. Leavers are the most consistent part of my League experience. Thread after thread is made from people like you. Riot doesn't care, the people on this forum say "oh it's not that bad."
I had a game last week where I took 3 CS from my ADC while he was backed. He flipped out, threw his twitch channel in chat and left. After the game i looked up his channel at the saved clip. He's actually broadcasting: "F*** this Brand taking my CS, I'm switching accounts. I literally don't care, Riot doesn't even punish me when I do this, and I'm not going to fight with him."
No. Also, you cannot fix what isn't broken.
How do you know how many people have been banned? Dont tell me its just because of the Instant Feedback report, because that is NOT meant to tell you everytime a player has been punished, and would be a terrible source.
