From what I understand it goes off a certain time zone. I'm unsure what the time zone is though.

It goes off pacific time. It is currently 2:50 pm pacific time.

it says it expires 21:07 utc... so i convert that to my timezone and its 4:07 which has already passed :/

As I already explained, it goes off of PACIFIC TIME. it is now 3 pm pacific time. You have an hour and 10 minutes to go.

Come back in 1 hour and then we'll talk. You are most likely misremembering. Riot is based on the West Coast and have been using Pacific time ever since launch.

21:07 is 9:07pm. That has nothing to do with time zones.

Unless something has changed the times have historically been PST, becuase that is where riots HQ is.

woo i'm stupid my brain automatically put in utc next to the time...

anyways 21:07 pst to CT is 11:07, so I guess from ct that is ~4.5 hours... thanks man sorry for coming off rude I was just confused.
