But it's even better to see that message not show up, because the player might have reformed and started being less toxic (at least temporarily). Revenge is sweet, but repentance is better.

Yeah nothing makes losers happier then reporting people and seeing that they actually have some sort of power (not really) over other people. Classic toxic behavior if you ask me.
So do I, thats why i report anyone and everyone who says or does anything that could be considered even slightly offensive. Rito's autopunishment system takes it from there and I see this message pop up constantly, probably once at least for every 4 or so matches.
Remember, the objective isnt to tryhard and win games. The real objective is to be a vengeful bastard who gets peoples accounts banned. Nothing ruins the game quite as badly for someone as getting their account banned.
