I was being harassed non-stop in mid lane and requesting help from jungle. What did he do? Came to tax my lane and put me even further behind from CS then left my lane with empty CS. Like wtf??? Troll jungler is real....can't even gank once but taxing my lane? That is just too much!
Maybe ... set up the lane in a way that he can gank?
That being said, he's not doing anything wrong.

don't like how random people play don't play in solo que
taxing sucks on the rift and irl, but it happens and you can type last hitting the minions he is taxing or simply not make a big deal out of it and move on and after the match send him a message explaining it. Perhaps he doesn't know. Or enjoyed the lulz he got when you kept flaming him for it.
