The ones that play really bad on purpose

Him/her wasn't even forced to support, but requested support then proceeds to die over and over, not build sightstone and worst of all didn't rage in chat, so that you can't even report them for verbal abuse ( 280 cs as support in 40 min game, which support does that... ) Like you just can't report this person, due to lack of proof ( other than not communicating with team) It's like a murderer killing someone but not announcing it in the streets ( which is what the riot report system needs)

People will downvote this but it's actually a true and really easy thing to do.

If you want to troll your team, don't say anything in chat, walk into their lane, steal CS and attack the enemy till you die.

It will look like you're ganking and trying to CS but simply a bad player. it's 100% not reportable and will 100% lose your team the game.
