Would you consider this toxic?

Would you consider the following situation. Toxic or something that should be reported? I know I didn't break any rules or anything so I'm not worried about any sort of punishment, just curious how the community views the following scenario.

Playing ranked solo queue, and it's one of "those" matches where all lanes lost, hard. Enemy team has taken every jungle objective, 7 towers to your zero, and is 20+ kills up on your team. You try to surrender but the 4 other people on your team vote no. You then point out to them that the chances of victory are petty much non exsistant, point out the gold and level difference between the two teams, ask why they voted no and if anyone has some sort of plan to come back from the situation or if they're all just holding onto hope that the enemy teams carries dc

Attempting to surrender, explaining your view, and asking if anyone has a plan isn't toxic, no. If it reaches the point of spamming surrender and using the lack of a plan or the gold disadvantage to harp on your team to the point of harassment, maybe, but it sounds like you weren't doing that.

You'll be fine. :)

Spamming surrender might qualify? As its negative behavior and demoralizing. If the enemy team was THAT dominant, then the enemy team should finish the game quickly anyway.

Nah there is always a chance to win. I have had plenty of games where the enemies decided to spam dance and laugh and die.
