Jungler begs everyone to come invade....fight starts, he leaves and gets us killed because he thinks its funny, then sits in base and dances.

In the lobby I chew him out. I am JUSTIFIED IN DOING SO. He just ruined a match that got me demoted (not on this account), and I have every right to be angry. He deserves to be called every name in the book. Someone who clearly has no consideration for other people.

I get a 14 day ban? Meanwhile this piece of shit who is literally ruining matches gets a walk.

Sorry Riot, you sure taught me a lesson, never stick up for yourself and never call people out for what they are using bad language.

As they are "hard to detect"? Bullshit. If the AI system works like RIOt tend to tell us, they could put ALL CHAT to that machine and ban ALL violators. They know community is toxic but want to pretend like Trump all is fine and only minoirity flame.

As I understand it, the system is tuned to avoid false-positives, which would increase the number of false-negatives. There could be a few reasons why any one person (who deserves to be punished), hasn't yet.

They haven't been reported in enough games. They are lower on the punishment ladder so it takes more bad behavior to trigger a review. Their poor behavior is through a method that's harder to detect, like using sarcasm, or some sort of game action that's annoying (and not intentional feeding). They slipped through a hole in the detection logic. It's sad, but inevitable for any sort of behavior detection. Their behavior is something that needs to be manually reviewed to find, like post-game chat. And so on...

This is a more stressful game than most, where your performance is linked to the performance of your allies, and where several poor decisions can roll the game in the favor of the enemy making things difficult later on for the remainder of the game. Some people who wouldn't snap normally, are going to in this game. Occasional instances of minor poor behavior is very likely to be overlooked by the system if it's infrequent.

The system has false positives. It is called "troling ban", and Support Singed is one. RIOT ADMIT THE ACCUSATIONS WERE WRONG BUT PUNISHMENT WAS RIGHT. Thus they made all reports on support as positive even false. That case proved RIOT DOES NOT GIVE A SHIT OF SUMMONER'S CODE when folloiwng it would require punishment of thousands of players. We have mob rule, thus summoner's code is piece of shit. IT does not matter. All matter how many people report you.

Why bring politics? Because RIot is following same methods as Trump. Deny all. Tell accusers are lying. Do nothing. Punish those who brought it up.

Actually all ai based bans are false positives as it cannot detect sarcasm, and irony, and all context is removed.

Erm. They said they manually reviewed the case of support Singed and banned him. I don't recall them saying, "We banned this person incorrectly". Nor did they take the stance that he was intentionally feeding.

He was banned because he consistently forced unusual tactics on his allies without even considering their input.

Then leave. Nothing is stopping you from doing so. But if you stay, you're expected to be civil or face the consequences for not doing so.

Not all humans detect sarcasm and irony when it's printed on the screen. And even if they could, that doesn't make ALL bans false positives, it would only make a sub-section of bans false positives. I doubt all bans were done because the system couldn't detect irony.

You are correct They did TRUMP WAY. THey said "all accusations were false, but ban was justified because Adelaine Skyhart temporary ban was over.". Riot just admit that Summoner's code is not base for bans, just reports. They followed with "WE hope people tolerate off-meta, but if they don't we ban reported players":

Thus Riot dev gave us proof Riot is not basing their judgement on anything but number of reports.

That's what you're doing with Riot's posts. I believe Riot said that the intentional feeding accusations were false, but you choose to ignore that Riot looked into it manually and still issued a ban based on his behavior.

No, I am not doing that. In the post RIot said "all accusations were found false, but ban was justified as Adelaine as the temporary ban was already over". Then RIot themselves admit "off-meta should not be reason for report accordign to summoner's code, but we will continue banning off-meta reported players".

Thus RIot themselves said people should follow summoner's code, but punishment is no longer based on it. They did themselves admit there is no such thing as false report. If RIot had followed their own rules, EVERY SINGLE FALSE REPORTING PLAYER SHOULD'VE GOT BAN.

Regardless of what you think is the right way to handle things - you agreed to play Riot's game per Riot's rules. You are either able to do so or you may choose to leave the game; it's not a complicated matter.

I have a friend for example that hates having people walk with shoes around her house so we take them off when we come in. My options are to either to do as she says because it is her house, or not go there in the first place.

Not even going to bother getting into a discussion about being a decent human being or taking the highroad because everyone has different opinions of what is right.
