How do I report someone again if i submit a report, then catch them lying in post game chat after?

I have a snapshot of one of the players lying in the post game chat saying, "You were flipping out, saying you wanted the lose the game on purpose because you missed fb." essentially lying trying to get the other players to report me. I already submitted a report against him but not for this. How do I send this new information in?
