I have a snapshot of one of the players lying in the post game chat saying, "You were flipping out, saying you wanted the lose the game on purpose because you missed fb." essentially lying trying to get the other players to report me. I already submitted a report against him but not for this. How do I send this new information in?

After all we are encouraged to write helpful comments in the report. So, shouldn't we also be given the tools to make that comment as helpful as possible?

Sure, but that's more a discussion for additions to the new Client. You still want to pause and make sure to report them post-game. After reporting, honestly, get out of the lobby. There's no need to continue exposing yourself to a toxic player, let alone engage with them. You just end up tilting yourself.
