Some people don't like to surrender. I'd rather keep playing, even if the game is lost. The longer it goes, the larger my IP reward gets win or lose, plus I get the valuable experience of playing from behind and trying to learn how to overcome a gold deficit. Plus, I have been in games were I was sure it was over, and then there was a monumental screw up by the other team at like 60 minutes (failed baron attempts and such) that led to us storming down a lane and finishing it while we had a 4v1 advantage and baron buffs even while 15 kills behind. I think most people surrender too early. My biggest annoyance with this game is how many people decide that because our team is 4 kills down at 15 minutes, the game is over. They put up a surrender vote, and when it fails they throw a fit and start inting like babies. How will you ever improve if you only play games where you are ahead the whole game? Playing from behind is challenging. And that makes it more valuable for improvement. But only if you don't just get salty and give up because it's not going your way.
