I hate being taken as game hostage when the game is a loss

When top lane is losing, what do he do? purposely feeding and not reporting missing or anything. As most of us know the game is gone, he refuse to surrender and kept on dragging the game and feed some more.....

Some people don't like to surrender. I'd rather keep playing, even if the game is lost. The longer it goes, the larger my IP reward gets win or lose, plus I get the valuable experience of playing from behind and trying to learn how to overcome a gold deficit. Plus, I have been in games were I was sure it was over, and then there was a monumental screw up by the other team at like 60 minutes (failed baron attempts and such) that led to us storming down a lane and finishing it while we had a 4v1 advantage and baron buffs even while 15 kills behind. I think most people surrender too early. My biggest annoyance with this game is how many people decide that because our team is 4 kills down at 15 minutes, the game is over. They put up a surrender vote, and when it fails they throw a fit and start inting like babies. How will you ever improve if you only play games where you are ahead the whole game? Playing from behind is challenging. And that makes it more valuable for improvement. But only if you don't just get salty and give up because it's not going your way.

It takes at least two no votes to fail the vote. Thus, apparently not everyone thinks the game's over.

You aren't the boss. When you queue up, you agree to play a game through to completion, no matter how long it may go on. Just cause you don't want to play anymore does not mean you have the right to end your teammate's game early.

He alone cannot stop the surrender. Apparently 2 out of 5 people on your team didn't want to surrender. Also, are you sure it was him that voted "no"? I've had games where the feeder is the one that initiate the vote and other people voted "no" and the enemy team drag out the game to farm kda.......

I noticed that if you flame someone he will vote NO on purpose just to see you suffer. Also annoying thing is that 99% of my surrenders my team doesent want to even IF ITS 100% LOST.

if you're not prepared to play the game out don't bother playing ^^

At the rating you play at, it doesn't take much to completely turn around a game, you just need to luck out with some better macro. The game ain't truly lost until the nexus explodes. That's the biggest difference in ratings: Higher level players are better at converting advantages into wins.

I had an ashe vote no on early surrender, stating in chat that he was going to enjoy intentionally feeding and wasting our time. He never got banned and to this day he's still playing. You know why he started intentionally feeding? Someone pinged a single ? one time and he lost it.
