Why is there not a special rank/brand for leavers/griefers in ranked?

Seriously wheres the badge of shame, the visible prisoner island tattoo'd on their account like a brand, forever stuck below bronze in their special little cesspool when they fuck around with 9 other players ranked game.

Normal players should know when they should dodge based on these players having been branded and the dodge should be free when they end up joining a game.
